We have a shop in town as well as on site services.
Our rate is $60 per hour which is billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum on site and 1/2 hour minimum at our shop. Each job is a little different depending on your needs, however some standard estimates are available as follows:
- Free business site inspection and consultation - 1 hour
- Malware or virus removal - 1 hour
- Data transfer from old computer to new one - 1 hour
- Fresh install of Windows but keeping your stuff - 3 hours
- Backup your data - 1 hour
- Physical dusting and cleaning - 1/2 hour
- Laptop or phone screen replacement - 1 1/2 hour
- Timely professional service - Priceless and ongoing
